Seasoned chicken with lemon

So I'm going to tell you something about my husband. He does not like chicken. Nope, I'm not kidding, he's had food poisoning from chicken more than once and since then it's a struggle getting him to eat it. But I make this chicken at least once every two weeks and he eats it up every time! So you know it's a good recipe when someone who doesn't even like chicken, likes it. :)

Recipe serves 4
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
Half of a lemon

Directions
Combine together all the spices
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat
Cut chicken breasts in half, lengthwise
You are going to want to pound your chicken really thin with a meat tenderizer, so it will cook evenly.
After flattening the chicken breasts generously spread the seasoning on both sides, you might have some leftover.
Add the chicken to pan, sauté until it is golden brown. (About 6-7 minutes on each side)
Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken as it is cooking, if you have any leftover you can also squeeze some on after it's done cooking, in this case more is better :)

Pair this with a nice salad or some vegetables and you have yourself a healthy, easy weeknight dinner!
